Walking trails

No need to take your car to begin the adventure! The municipality of Martinet features marked circuits of approximately 10 km that wind through traditional sunken lanes, hedgerows and along the river Jaunay:

The Cork Oak Trail A beautiful nature loop to discover remarkable trees and preserved flora.
The Coudray Trail An ideal itinerary to appreciate the tranquility of our rural countryside and local heritage sites.
The walk around the reservoir: For a leisurely stroll or a morning jog, the landscaped path around our 1.5-hectare fishing pond offers an idyllic setting.

Cycling tourism and mountain biking

around Lake Jaunay

The Vendée has one of the largest cycle networks in France (Vendée Vélo). In the immediate vicinity of the campsite, the Lake Jaunay (only 7 km away) is the essential spot for two-wheelers:

Mountain bike and hybrid bike circuits Over 50 kilometres of marked trails and paths surround the lake. The routes alternate between shaded forest paths, ridges offering panoramic views of the water, and more technical sections for sporty types.
Family outings Flat and safe stretches allow for a peaceful ride with children, particularly towards the observatory. Moulin des Rochelles or the leisure area of The Baudrière.
